LAGO features a large photovoltaic plant in its facilities in Pontevedra which reinforces its social and environmental commitment.

Since this photovoltaic plant was built it has avoided an estimated of 357 tons of CO₂ to the atmosphere, and the equivalent consumption of more than 31 tons of oil (35.635 litres). This saving is equivalent to planting 35.712 trees in Spain.
